2004 CPSM, Revision 1

Revision 1 is the current version of the 2004 Edition of the Construction & Professional Services Manual.  Revision 1 became effective October 1, 2004.

DEB Notice 100104 (listed below) describes the changes from Revision 0 to Revision 1.
