This state contract for non professional construction related services is for optional use by Public Bodies of the Commonwealth. This contract covers these services: cost estimator, project manager, construction inspector/testing, project inspection/clerk of the works, asbestos/lead, roofing inspector/consultant, space planner, scheduler, certified value specialist, CAD operator, landscape designer, environmental assessments, testing and balancing, commissioning, move management, construction management not at risk, interior design, and signage design. There is a surcharge adjustment fee that contractors are responsible for under this contract.
