Facility Inventory Condition and Assessment System (FICAS)

FICAS is a centralized system with building condition assessment information for all Commonwealth owned facilities. The implementation of the FICAS program was directed by the General Assembly and is mandated for use by all state agencies and institutions of the Commonwealth.
