Buyers with Virginia government use eVA, www.eva.virginia.gov, the Commonwealth's web-based purchasing system for a variety of purchasing functions:
 
Acquiring goods and services
Accessing established statewide contracts
Publishing solicitation opportunties
Creating vendor lists for specific purchasing needs
Electronic and purchase card transactions
