General Public

The Commonwealth sells surplus property to the public at about 50 auctions held each year throughout the state. In addition to the live auctions, we also offer sales via Internet, faxed bids and sealed bids.

Payment must be in cash or cashiers or certified check at the time of purchase. Terms and conditions may vary and will be announced the day of the sale.
